Lists

Give each link a place, make and manage lists, and understand Archive, Trash, and nested folders.

Every link belongs to one list. My List is the starting place; Archive and Trash have their own jobs. Use a list when you want a link to live in one place, and tags when it belongs to several subjects.

Make and use a list

Open Settings → Lists to create, rename, reorder, or delete lists. You can also create a list while choosing where to save a link. Choose a list in Add link or Edit link, or use Move to in the link’s menu.

Lists can nest inside other lists on Plus. Flat lists work on Free. Imported browser folders keep their hierarchy on every plan, so an import doesn’t discard your folder structure. See import your links.

Archive moves a link out of your working list while keeping it saved. Show All shows links across lists you can currently open. Removing a link puts it in Trash; restore brings it back to My List.

A list lock is a separate screen lock over its contents. You can set one in Settings → Lists; app and list locks explains its limits.
